Tour terms:

Low cost motorcoach trip insurance coverage is available and highly recommended for all tours. Please contact us for details.

All deposits made on tours "under development" will be completely refundable until tour inclusions and pricing is finalized and all deposited persons are informed. After such time, the following cancellation fees apply:

Any cancellation up to 60 days prior to tour, cancellation fee of $50 per person applies. For 59 - 30 days prior to departure results in $200 per person fee applies. Under 30 days there will be no refunds forthcoming. Trip cancellation coverage protects you against loss of funds for covered reasons...protect yourself.

No refunds available for unused portion of tours. 100% of money will be refunded if trip is canceled by Travel Lovers Tours & Cruises, before it commences, due to lack of required number of participants.

Minimum deposits of $75 per person required at booking to secure space on motor coach. 1st. come - 1st. served. Second deposit due 90 days prior to trip. Final payment due 30 days prior to trip.
